The staff members were friendly and helpful. Yakup's excellent service at the reception was appreciated. The hotel's location allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants. The hotel arranged transportation, convenient and reasonably priced.

The breakfast area was a bit small, and sometimes it felt crowded.

The room had air conditioning that worked very well. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing many tourist spots. Yakub at reception was really helpful and friendly. Staff helped with directions and suggestions for local eateries.

The elevator was occasionally slow and busy, which caused some minor delays.

Solid Stay Near Bazaar

This hotel provides decent amenities. Air conditioning kept my room cool during warm days. I could always connect to their Wi-Fi to manage work tasks. The breakfast area was always clean, and staff made sure it stayed well-stocked.

Street noise at night did sometimes affect sleep. Earplugs help.

The double room was fairly small, but included a mini fridge and a safe. The bathroom had adequate space with a rainfall shower. I had enough hangers in the closet for my clothes.

inconvenient telephone non-functional air conditioning

The room lacked a telephone to contact the front desk, a significant inconvenience. the air conditioning ceased functioning . I was informed a repair would take seven days! A room change was denied due to alleged full occupancy, a claim I strongly doubt.

Adequate stay, some issues

The staff was helpful, definitely a plus.

The room was quite small, it felt cramped. I also noticed the shower didn't have a proper door. Water went everywhere and made a mess. The noise from outside made it difficult to sleep well at night.
